LifeCore has completely revolutionized my fitness regime and nutritional practices. This program takes the uncertainty out of exercise and nutrition. Before monitoring my activity level and food intake, I had to guess how many calories I was burning versus how many I was taking in. The Biotrainer unit that LifeCore provides is easy to use, and it's fun to watch the calories burn off as I go through my day. Also, until I used LifeCore, I also had no idea if I was fulfilling my nutritional requirements. Now, by inputting all the data into the computer system, the guesswork is gone. I am confident as I go through my day that I am making healthy choices and achieving my fitness goals. I am a 52 yr. old housewife that has had medical problems my whole life. I had a kidney transplant in 1979 which put me on steroids for rejection. This was the start of my weight problem. Over the years I was like a yoyo up and down with my weight. Then about 8 years ago I started to have problems with my bones fracturing and decreased my activity level severely. I had to have both my knees replaced. This is when the weight really started to come on. I didn’t think I was eating that much but what I didn’t realize is that I wasn’t burning what I was eating. When I found out about Life Core I decided to give this one last try since I have tried so many others and nothing else worked for me. My activity level is still very limited I can’t go to the gym and wear off the calories I eat so that means I have to keep my calorie intake that fits my calories burned. Life Core was the one program that showed me what I was doing wrong. I finally realized even though I wasn’t eating extreme amounts of food I was burning very little with my limited activity. Finally it sunk in what I needed to do, not diet but change my life style. By tracking everyday what I ate and what I burned gave me the tools I needed to control my weight and finally loose those pounds. I averaged about a pound a week and for someone who doesn’t move much this was a huge accomplishment. I have some bad weeks but then the next week I get right back at it and look to see what I did wrong the week before. This program has been a life changing experience for me and not only has helped me to loose weight but helped to bring my blood levels down which will give me longer life. It taught me not just what to eat but knowing how many calories I was burning was the biggest key for me, and I feel is the key to loosing weight and keeping it off. I feel if I can loose weight with this program any one can, it isn’t about how many hours I can exercise, although that is important, it is about learning how to manage your intake versing your output of calories. I don’t view this as a diet but changing my life to be better and healthier. Thank you LifeCore.

I want to thank you for taking the initiative to give me encouragement two years ago at the gym. I was very discouraged with myself and really felt in a rut. You were always upbeat and it was like a drink of cool water that I needed then. You have since become a motivator to me and helped me train for several weeks of which I am doing on my own now. You really believe in yourself and in the power of making a change and not just talking about it. You really care that people live the best quality of life they can live and good health is the key. I have worked with Ed for almost two years. In that time I have lost 40+ pounds and my waist size has gone from 42 to 34 inches. I am feeling stronger and overall physically better. For several years, I have tried exercise programs ranging from aerobic classes, biking, Pilates, and weight training. I had moderate success with most of these activities, but still did not feel like I was receiving the most health benefits as well as getting to the way I wanted my body to look.
